In November 2014 I made the life changing decision to quit my corporate job and pursue my passion for fitness and helping others by becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. What I love most about my job is having the ability to help people reach their goals and become the fittest versions of themselves. Whether it be to run marathon or lost those last 5 pounds, I can help you be the fittest you! My new online training program is customized for each person based on their current levels of fitness, level of commitment and goals.
