Weekly Workouts (9/14 – 9/20)

It’s Sunday again already! Where has this weekend gone? I’m getting ready to teach 4 classes in a row at Torque Cycling + Strength in Williamsburg (come take my class if you’re in the area!) but before I do I wanted to post this week’s workouts! 

Yesterday I went on my last long run before next weekend’s half marathon. It was yet again another hot and sticky day in NYC. I hate to sound like a brat but I’m so over this heat already! Those were a rough 10 miles but I finished them. I kept my workouts light in terms of load this past week and I’ll do the same this coming week. Need my legs to be as fresh as possible for Saturday’s race!
